Gown Preservation + Cleaning

If you chose In House Clean & Press- Please let us know when you would like to drop off for cleaning, and when you need to pick up from cleaning. *If you have any additional items that need to be cleaned (veil, sleeves, overskirt, wings, etc, please include those in this message*

If you chose Cleaning Only, or Cleaning + Preservation option, please provide the address your want gown shipped to (signature is required once gown is shipped back to you):

Once we have received your completed form, we will text you a link to pay for your gown cleaning/preservation. This link does expire after 24 hours, so please be on the lookout for the link. You do not need an appointment to drop off your gown for cleaning, however because we operate by appointment only, please text/call us to set up a day, and/or, timeframe for which you can come by for drop off.
